TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to All Access GTE. By using our website, submitting payment, or participating in any trip or event arranged by us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 10 business days of receiving your invoice.Final payment is due 120 days before your trip.Reservations made inside these windows require full payment at confirmation.Late or missed payments may result in loss of itinerary or pricing adjustments.

2. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.Cancellation Fees:More than 120 days before travel: 50% of the trip cost forfeited + any supplier penaltiesWithin 120 days of travel: 100% of the trip cost forfeitedFor group trips, if a traveler cancels without a replacement, remaining travelers may see price adjustments.

3. Travel Credits & Refunds
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.Travel credits may be issued for future trips (minus supplier fees).Credits must be used within 12 months and apply at current rates.Refunds are only considered if a fully paid replacement traveler is secured.No refunds or credits are given for unused portions of a trip.

4. Changes & Late Fees
Changes after deposit may incur a $100 change fee plus supplier penalties.Changes within 120 days of travel depend on availability.Late payments incur a $100 late fee and may result in itinerary loss.

5. Pricing & Currency
Pricing may change until final payment due to exchange rates or supplier adjustments.
Once fully paid, only government taxes, surcharges, or supplier-imposed costs may increase your trip price.Travel credits are applied at current market rates and may require additional payment.
AAGTE may correct pricing errors at any time before final payment.

6. Supplier Terms
All Access GTE acts as an agent for hotels, golf courses, transportation providers, event organizers, and other suppliers. All bookings are subject to supplier terms and policies, which may supersede or supplement these Terms.
AAGTE is not liable for supplier actions, omissions, or changes.

7. Group Trips
To secure an itinerary, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of invoice. Delays in group assembly or payment may affect pricing or availability. Changes to availability will be communicated promptly.

8. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must:Provide accurate personal and passport informationEnsure passports are valid for 6 months beyond entry for international travelProvide correct rooming preferences and golf details (e.g., handicaps)Meet any physical or skill requirements for golfComply with local travel rules, entry requirements, and health guidelinesErrors or omissions may result in additional costs.

9. Travel Insurance & Airfare
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.AAGTE does not provide insurance or process claims.Unless specified, airfare is not included, and airlines handle any cancellations, changes, or refunds.

10. Events & Tickets
Event tickets and hospitality are subject to the policies of the event organizer.Weather delays or partial cancellations are not refundable.If an event is postponed by fewer than 8 months, clients may request a credit toward a future event.

11. Force Majeure
AAGTE is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events outside our control, including:Weather, natural disasters, pandemicsGovernment restrictions or actionsStrikes or labor disputesWar, terrorism, or civil unrestPayments may be applied to a rescheduled or replacement trip, subject to pricing adjustments.

12. Liability
All Access GTE acts solely as an agent for suppliers and is not responsible for:Delays, schedule changes, or service interruptionsSupplier errors or omissionsLost or damaged propertyInjuries, illness, or deathWeather or government restrictionsClaims must be submitted within 30 days of trip completion.
Maximum liability is limited to payments made directly to AAGTE.

13. Cancellation by Operator
If AAGTE must cancel a trip for reasons other than force majeure or supplier actions, clients will receive a full refund of payments made to AAGTE. No further liability will be assumed.

14. Chargebacks & Disputes
Billing disputes must be addressed directly with AAGTE. Initiating a credit card chargeback without prior discussion violates these Terms and may result in additional fees.

15. Communication / Notices
Official communications will be sent via email or first-class mail. Clients are responsible for monitoring emails and confirming receipt.16. Updates to TermsAAGTE may update these Terms at any time.
The version in effect at the time of payment governs your booking.

17. Governing Law & Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
