PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% deposit of the total contract value is due within ten (10) business days of acceptance and invoicing of the agreement by AAGTE (All Access Executive Solutions, DBA All Access GTE).

Final payment is due 120 days before the start of a Golf Trip. Event payments are required as outlined in the contract, and vary by event.

Reservations made within these timeframes require full payment upon confirmation.

Failure to remit payments as outlined constitutes cancellation by the client and may result in the loss of itinerary or event arrangements.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all applicable Terms and Conditions.

AAGTE reserves the right to adjust payment terms as needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAGTE.

Standard Cancellations:

More than 120 days before trip/event start date: 50% of total contract value forfeited, plus any non-refundable supplier penalties.

Within 120 days of trip/event start date: 100% of total contract value forfeited, plus non-refundable supplier penalties.

Group Adjustments:

If a member of a group cancels and no replacement is provided, pricing for remaining travelers may be subject to adjustment.

Deposits & Credits:

Deposits are non-refundable. In lieu of a refund, clients may be eligible to receive a travel credit equal to payments made (less supplier-issued cancellation costs). Travel credits must be applied to future travel booked within 12 months of issuance and are subject to current market rates.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be considered if a replacement traveler is secured and has completed payment. The canceling party is encouraged to arrange financial settlement directly with the replacement. If AAGTE processes a refund, it will be issued minus any processing fees and supplier charges.

Payment of Cancellation Fees:

All cancellation fees are due within ten (10) days of invoice. Non-payment authorizes AAGTE to recover the amount as a debt. These fees represent reasonable liquidated damages and are not penalties.

REFUNDS & UNUSED SERVICES

Refunds approved under these terms will be processed within 120 days of written notice.

Unused or partially used portions of trips or events are non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for any absence from all or part of a trip or event once it has commenced.

CHANGES & LATE FEES

Changes after deposit are subject to a $100 per change fee, plus any applicable supplier penalties.

Changes requested within 120 days of the trip or event are subject to supplier policies and availability.

Late payments are subject to a $100 late fee and may result in loss of itinerary.

PRICING

Prices are based on currency exchange rates at the time of booking and may be adjusted to reflect fluctuations until final payment is received.

Once full payment has been received, pricing is guaranteed.

Supplier-imposed surcharges (e.g., taxes, tariffs, or government fees) may result in additional costs.

Travel credits, if issued, will be applied at current market rates and may require additional payment if future prices exceed the original trip value.

AAGTE reserves the right to correct pricing errors or omissions prior to final payment.

Group Sign-Ups & Itinerary Finalization

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required within 72 hours of invoice to secure an itinerary.

Delays in deposit payment may result in rate adjustments or changes to availability, as pricing is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

Delays in assembling the group or collecting payments from all members may also lead to modifications or forfeiture of the itinerary.

Any alterations at the time of booking will be promptly communicated to the group.

AAGTE is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage to property, injuries, or death caused by transportation providers, accommodations, golf courses, restaurants, or other suppliers, or due to events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics).Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of trip completion.
